Our team has worked extensively in complaints and dispute resolution, including Internal Dispute Resolution and External Dispute Resolution with disputes lodged with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA, previously the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal).

We can assist your business with both Internal and External Dispute Resolution by:

  • Reviewing complaints and disputes and advising on future conduct of matters including prospects and possible resolutions;
  • When undertaking reviews, also providing you with insights and observations about issues in claims decisions and any risks to your business;
  • Drafting and reviewing complaint responses and submissions to AFCA;
  • Attending conciliations.
